What's the best connection between my Philips HTS and TV?

If the TV supports HDMI, you should connect the Home Theater System to the TV via HDMI. This is the recommended connection to enjoy the best possible video quality. The next best connection would be to connect the Home Theater System to the TV via component. This is widely known as the red, green, blue video connectors.
