The picture in Philips TV on cable channel 21 may be noisy, have lines running through it, or do not have color.

If you have the above symptoms on channel 21, please do the following:

  1. Press the 'MENU' button, press the cursor up/down to select INSTALL and press cursor right.
  2. Press the cursor up/down to select FINE TUNE and press cursor right.
  3. Press the cursor left/right to fine tune.
  4. Press the 'STATUS/EXIT' button to exit the menu.
