Wireless HiFi Headphone

Had been using it with my wife for 5 (or more) years. I couldn't be happier, but now the AC/DC adapter is broken and I either have to fix it or find new headsets.

Question I would like to purchase another twin set in Australia and can not find them, Are they Available? My wife and I have been using these for years. We are on our second set after the transmitter failed after 2 or 3 years of almost daily use. FM is much much better than bluetooth the signal is much more reliable. We use them mostly for watching TV at home and when in our caravan. My hearing is a little impaired so it is wonderful to be able to have the volume higher to hear what people are saying on the TV. It also means that I can watch an action movie late at night in a camp site without disturbing anybody. My wife plugs hers into the CD player to listen to talking books, she is very impressed that she can walk around the house or even into the garden and still get a clear signal. Note it is not a really big house 15 square or so. It is wonderful to have the freedom to move around, I'll sometimes listen to a show from the lounge while doing dishes or ironing. Sound quality is smooth not punchy ideal for TV etc if your a Hi Fidelity person you would probably be looking for something in a higher price bracket. Honestly we love these headphones.

I am using these headphones for last two years and had no issues. Their battery time is great and still using same batteries. Initially there was some noise in audio but no more. I want to buy another pair to gift someone but not available in Australia?

Very pleased with this product. Ideal for a couple that is subject to inner city noise, especially overhead flight paths. And an added bonus was for my moderate hearing loss so that I don't have to turn up the volume of the TV. In fact, now that Philips have this product as a twin set, my wife and I can turn the TV volume down completely so that we don't disturb our apartment neighbours when we leave our front door open for a fresh breeze up the stairwell.

I found the head phones easy to use. It's been 2 years when I bought them and I leave one on charge while I use the other. After many days of use I can detect some crackling and I know to swap them. I can choose the volume level without disturbing anyone

The control for turning the ound "off" & "on" is difficult to operate. This is probably the third or fourth lot of Philips earphones we've purchased, & the above function on these ones is not nearly as good as previously.

This product worked perfectly with our antena TV. However, we've recently switched to watching TV through our Internet box instead of the antena. And the sound is not synchronized. Also, after we change channels, we still hear the desynchronized previously selected channel. I cannot find any info on that subject on the Philips website or user manual for SHC5102, which is rather incomplete. What can be done??

Purchased first set from Dick Smiths. After a few seconds of watching a movie they stop even if fully charged. Went back to DSmith and got a second set, same issue. Have tried multiple attempts at getting them to work over previous months but finally gave up and leave them in the drawer now. Poor quality overall in my opinion.
