Fall in love with this noodle maker at the first use. Easy to use and easy to clean up. I can have fresh noodle anytime, without the hassle kneading, rolling and cutting the dough, simply effortless. Just follow the instruction and you will get a bouncy fresh noodle in less than half an hour.

I managed to get my husband to agree to invest in this Philips Noodles Maker. He was skeptical at first but after tasting my 1st batch of egg noodles, he was impressed. No one in his extended family could imagine how simple it is to make healthy noodles with just flour, water or with egg. And just few days ago I ran out of eggs, so I took out carrots, used Philips juicer to extract juice from carrots to make carrots noodles. My teenage daughter said it's nice. Now I don't have to worry my daughter doesn't eat enough fruits and vegetables. Thank you Philips for inventing in this awesome product tland make it possible to use it our homes.

It is a great product. Can have freshly make noodle whenever you want it. May blend fruits or vegetable juices to add colour to the noodle. All it take to make the noodle is just 10 minutes. It is easy to clean as well. It would be better if Malaysia can bring in more type of disc. This model does not have disc for making udon, spirali, rotelle (wheels), ziti and etc. It would be great if these disc can be purchase easily to encourage more consumer to buy the products.

I have never thought that I will ever make fresh noodles on my own. This machine made my dream come true. Easy to use, wash up is not hard too. Please follow philips recipe book exactly and use a scale and measuring cup to measure the flour and liquid mixture. The dough before extrusion is crumby like flour nibs. This is perfectly correct, do not add more water. It is such so that the machine can extrude properly. otherwise, it cannot handle big pieces of dough. Philips, you may want to highlight this in your instruction manual and have a picture to show what should a kneaded dough look like. And your measuring tools are off, so I did not use them.

We used to buy kolo mee or noodles every weekend, then apportion them and keep in the refrigerator for the week ahead. During a fair, we saw the Philips Noodle Making Machine being demonstrated. After seeing the fresh noodles made, we immediately bought one and tried making noodles a few days later. It was a great success. Now, we can make our own noodles anytime, fresh and without any harmful chemicals or preservatives inside.

Got this item on Saturday and immediately tested out. Since my wife are always making pasta and noodles, she wanted to try out using Philips receipe. The receipe are accurate and the noodles came out to be good. It used to be quite messy making noodles, especislly on the mixing of dough, now we save time and also the place are clean. Messy no more.
