Perfect for a BBQ or with spare ribs: homemade slaw.

  • ¼ white cabbage
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 25 g grapes
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • Bunch parsley
  • 1 lime


  • Peel the carrot and the apple and add together with the white cabbage in the food processor using the julienne slicer.
  • Halve the grapes and finely chop the parsley. Mix everything in a large bowl with the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. Season the coleslaw to taste with salt and pepper and the juice of one lime.
