Is it possible to use the split screen function to have video via HDMI and Teletext via antenna in Philips TV?

No, the teletext is always from the source you are watching. Via HDMI it is not possible to watch TXT.

If you want to see TXT from a channel you are watching via a settopbox: use the TXT function (if available) of your settopbox.
