I hear faint interfering noises from my Philips headphones

Published on 2017-08-24

Please understand that wireless technology is always susceptible to interference and/or signal loss. In certain circumstances, a signal from another device, like a cordless phone (DECT), cell phone, wireless network (Wi-Fi), or wireless video transmitter (TV-Link) can create static or noise in the reception of your headphones. This is especially true when the other device is operating at the same or similar frequency. Solution: Try relocating the position of the interference source.
