Aluminium CollectionJuicer

Had this juicer for 5 years. Only had to replace jug lid last year as broke trying to un-clip.

This product is amazing. The pulp is dry. it is bullet proof.

I LOVE this juicer, very easy to use once you understand how it all clips/unclips together. (The side clips lift outwards to take apart). I always do my juicing, then wash all the 5 parts up, THEN enjoy my juice. It juices hard fruit/veg brilliantly, so not really suitable for soft fruit juices but I didn't buy it for those. One tiny quibble is that it is hard to lift the mettle mesh "grater" bit out after juicing, even though i try not to press down too hard when juicing. Tips for easing it out would be gratefully received! It becomes quite tightly wedged down in the casing and i need to lever it out gently with help from a knife/scissor edge. But apart from that little quibble, I really do love it, and it looks very stylish on the work top too!

I only use it to juice carrots, very easy to use, easy to assemble the parts and easy to wash.

Great juicer I can see why it was recommended by Jason Vale. Couldn't be easier to use and is a lot easier and quicker to clean than I had expected. The amount of juice it removed from items was brilliant, the pulp left in the container was very dry. I think the only way it could be improved is if it cleaned itself :) In addition the Juice Master book that came with it had excellent juice/smoothie recipes.

Gone are the days of taking forever to make juice, the whole process of making a glass of fresh juice has been made simpler. The HR1861 is a great juicer, it's fast, has 2 speed settings, and the most convenient feature is that it is so easy to clean. A remarkable product from Philips for juicing.

wood recommend this juicer to anyone, great machine, can't find anything bad to say about it.

It was something I would never have considered buying, but a bumper crop of apples and pears forced my hand.It was so easy to use. Even after giving away pounds of fruit I was able to fill the freezer with juice, both cloudy and clear,which I have used in many recipes. No bumper harvest this year so it has remained in the cupboard. Luckily I do have the space to store it. Here's to next years harvest.

I use this juicer very often as I have apple and pear trees. I absolutely love it. It's well worth the money spent on it. It is very strong as it should be. I damaged the lid just after the guarantee expired and Phillips' service was fantastic.
