Your only let-down is your inability to provide a necessary spare part for this model

Super perfect shaver from Philips, i like it so much.

This as already stated the best I have had, who ever it has now broken, the ON/off switch has broken and we have no where to repair it, So have purchased another model.

This shaver is excellent, highly recommended product. I used to be a staunch wet shave man always slightly dubious of electric shavers. This product is better than any expensive razors, and will surely pay for itself in the long run.

Ref your Email. Would love to have a 9000 but suspect far too dear for an 86 year old OAP. Still using my trusty HQ 7390 with a new head. Find I get a really good shave using the following technique : Jaw bone to nostrils’ up & down 2 to 3 times then move toward ear up & down each time moving ½ head width after each double stroke. Come back via under chin from lower neck to jaw bone up & down moving head again ½ width after each up & down run. Repeat on other side of face. Now cover the whole area needing a shave using small circular movements. The above double run, seems to pull each area of skin overall in every direction so as to cut each hair at its lowest. Trust this is useful

I have had this machine for many years and used every day.It does what it is meant to do-give a good clean smooth shave!

Still functioning well after 2 years. Nicely designed and easy to use. The battery lasts about 3 weeks before needing o be charged.

I purchased my Philips electric shaver over three years ago and it is still giving me a close shave every day. I get five or six shaves per battery charge which I think is excellent. The shaving heads have not been changed. It has more than paid for itself considering what I used to pay for razor blades.
