Love this hair dryer but after 3 years my paddle brush won't lock in place and falls off. Everything else still locks in fine. How can I get a replacement paddle brush?

I really love this brush! I use it every day to dry my fringe with either the paddle or regular hairdryer-style attachment, and sometimes I section and dry my whole head with the paddle. It's so convenient and easy to use, and the paddle works well and doesn't take long to straighten my hair. I find my hair feels even nicer and smoother than usual - I suppose that's the ionic thing. If I'm being fussy about my hair being super straight I run over it a tiny bit with a straightener - some spots dry wavy before I can get there and the ends tend to curl up a bit. I don't use it regularly enough on my whole head to say whether it dries the ends of your hair out or not. I also only ever use the highest setting so not sure how well that cold-dry thing works. Overall, I'm really glad I got this brush and I really miss it when I'm travelling!

I have thick long hair that always turns into a frizzy fuz ball no matter how it dries naturally or blow dry it would always poof out (except at the salon). After weeks of researching every possible dryer styler around I decided to try this one purely because of the paddle brush (minimising frizzyness) and it also had alot more styling tool options which is great value. This tool is so AMAZING!! Does exactly as advertised. so happy to have found this product. i really do wish i had bought it sooner would have saved so much of my energy and time. For straight hair i would easily spend 1 to 1.5 hours previously just to Blowdry brush straighten and style. But now i have this styler I've spent less then 30 mins on my hair both times ive used it. its unbelievably straight soft and shiny even 3 days later, I even used it while my hair was dry to get out the pony tale line left from wearing my hair up.

There are many gadgets to cater to differnt styles The highest setting is rather loud but I only use low and am happy to take my time to style my hair. The warm 'breeze' is comfortable and my once frizzy hair is now smooth and shiny.

does tame my curly frizzy hair a bit as i use the paddle brush attachment for slightly drying my hair after shower. Agree that it is a bit loud but i dont use it for too long in case it dries up my my hair; so all good.

I used this hair dryer for last 4 years. It worked absolutely perfectly and straightened my damaged bleached hair smoothly every time. About 1 year ago by mistake I dropped it on the floor while was drying my hair, so the brush came out and seems like the plastic holder inside was broken straightaway. I was really upset as I didn't expect that can be broken so easily. I still used it for 1 year and hold the brush by my finger but it was very uncomfortable and too hot for my hands skin. 1 week ago while I was drying my hair, some fire sparks came out from inside and I switched it off immediately. Dryer went to the bin..and at this moment I struggle what to buy..
