Excellent machine. Has made literally thousands of cups of coffee in that time. I onced calculated how much money we have saved and it is fair to say this machine paid for itself very quickly. Will be buying this brand again in the future. Peter

Very good machine, makes a nice coffee, rearely buy out now as I prefer my homemade. Machine heats up really quickly, quicker than my last one. Milk jug stays in the fridge between use, and all parts go in the dishwasher. Very simple machine to use. Makes a good latte and Black coffee. If you want more saved coffee settings then upgrade model

Have owned this model for 9 months, and am very happy with it. The part that saves a lot of time for me drinking only 1 or 2 coffees per day is that the milk frother is the only thing that comes in contact with the milk so I put that in the fridge and not have to clean it every day, though I do put the frother straight back in the fridge the second the coffee is finished brewing and find its ok for about 5 - 7 days without cleaning.

I really look forward to my morning coffee, I know it's always going to be just how I want it. I don't tend to drink coffee out much at espresso bars as I very rarely enjoy it, I drink my coffee black and usually find the coffees purchased tend to be extremely bitter and I end up leaving at lest 1/2 a cup. I've always drunk instant coffee at home, the good brands, but after watching a full demonstration of this expresso machine I decided I didn't have anything to lose but definitely had something to gain. A great purchase and now I have fun buying and trying different coffee beans.

Easy to use and can make coffee after coffee which is great when you have guests. Don't know why I didn't buy one years ago!

Love this machine and makes excellent coffee and lattes! The machine does require a lot of maintenance from daily to weekly to monthly cleaning and upkeep. I would still recommend it but be prepared before purchasing it.

I reviewed this product with other products online before I made this purchase. This product does exactly what I bought it for--an easy one-step automated cappuccino maker. I really do like it a lot, and it is as good as any coffee house.

Easy to use, looks great, consistent, good upgrades from the Saeco we had before, makes quick lattes. The only small complaint we have is that the milk does not come out that hot.
