Good features and it is compact! Gets the job done fast.

It was simple to use but at the beginning the instruction manual was not clear and teh diagram(pictures) are too small for details. It should be bigger picture and showing the location to pour the water in clearly.

This product is reasonable of price and good function.

Chose it cause it's super small. Needed it for one to two person consumption. Easy to use and clean. The strainer plastic is a bit flimsy, not sure how long before I will break it, so be gentle when handling it. Considering the price, the flimsy plastic is what you get I guess. The dripper also drips coffee slightly after you remove the jug, not as seal proof, will have to wipe of with wet cloth once the hot plate cools down.

8 months after purchase the jug broke when the handle was slightly twisted while washing. Pity, because it worked well and made great coffee.
