It’s good rice cooker I have used this rice cooker since many years ago until now it can still use it has never broken even one time I do like it good quality

Cheap and reliable. Got it as a gift, using every day

the lid need a bit of effort to close properly. the lid is to loose at the hinge. other than this, all is good

Love how fast it cooks 2 cups of rice in just 11 minutes. Very simple to use.

The product is good and it produces superb cooked rice. The only thing that saddens me is that it died after a year of use.

The product is easy to use, however, the water is accumulated easily at the cap area

I have bought and used this rice cooker since Feb 2018. Still below the 2 years warranty. Today the power plug that plugs into the base of the rice cooker started to spark and started to burn. As a result, the plug is burnt and turned brown and my kitchen smells like fire and smoke. This is dangerous!

Spoilt within a year. While the design is simple and clean, the build quality is bad. This rice cooker is the shortest life equipment I have ever owned. I am so disappointed that I had lost the invoice and warranty card that could not ask for replacement or repair as I thought such simple rice cooker wouldn't spoil within one year.

[Employee of philipsglobal] Everyting is good but I only had an issue for auto keep warming is not functioning well. When I kept the rice warm for 5 hours then the rice is getting hard (see the picture).
