Mixed feelings about the product

Good picture and sound quality.
Cons
Every time I open it I always have to connect it to the internet even though it's been years that I've been using the same internet. I expected it to connect automatically. Also I intend to continue using Philips SmartTV, but you don't have a program to trade in/up old units with new ones. This way you ensure customer loyalty and continuing patronage, and you also help the environment because we don't have to dispose of units just anywhere.
