I bought the lights and installed them. The lighting power is good. However, I notice that the lights flash quickly (strobe). I tried, via email, to communicate with customer service 3 times. 2 times in French and the last time in English. I found a phone number to reach you, but they only answer in English. My spoken English is not good enough to maintain a conversation and I have to use a translator to write to you. I find that your customer service is not good and encourages me to buy from another company.
