Your player can support all the ID3 Versions (Version 1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4[UTF16]) with the exception of Version 2.4[UTF8]. If your file is of the non-supported ID3 version, you need to download the ID3 editor from the Internet to change the file to the one with ID3 supported versions.
