Manila, Philippines – Philips Lighting Philippines recently partnered with popular TV host and triathlete Kim Atienza to promote its newest range of LED lighting solutions. Kuya Kim has agreed to endorse Philips' LED products because of its quality and energy efficiency, as well as the cost-saving capacity it can extend to Filipino households.
"Kuya Kim carries exceptional characteristics that we at Philips hold in high regard. He is smart, personable, and possesses a distinct drive to help make the planet a better place for current and future generations, just like the lighting solutions that we will be launching," said Fabia Tetteroo-Bueno, Philips Country Manager and General Manager for Lighting.
For his part, Kuya Kim/Atienza shared that he is looking forward to working with Philips. Philips will be kicking off its nationwide LED campaign on May 4, 2013 at the SM Mall of Asia, through an environmentally-themed photo exhibit, in coordination with the Young Photographers Club and WWF Philippines.
